An oral pathology and biopsy in Denver, Colorado, includes the diagnosis and removal of a growth or abnormality. Our dentist provides anesthetic when a sample of tissue is taken, and your child may feel numb for several hours after their procedure. Your child should also avoid brushing the surgical site until soreness is gone. We send the sample collected in the biopsy to a lab for analysis, which can be used to diagnose:

• White or red patches or lumps of tissue
